Inference of genetic interactions in large scale genetic network
At April, 2003, whole DNA sequence data of human genome had been clarified and the total number of genes is approximated to be 32,000. These genes are not working independently but are intercorrelated each other. These genetic interactions are backbone and essential for our various biogenic activities. Based on a large quantity of gene expression profile data of wild type strain and gene-disrupted mutant which are obtained by using DNA microarray and Gene-chips, in this study, we develop the inference system of genetic interactions in large scale genetic network. This sudy is currently supported by the Grant-in-Aid for Scientific Research on Priority Areas from the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, Japan during the academic years 2000 through 2004
