Development of the Computer Aided Diagnosis System
Compensatory therapeutic systems which applied the biomimetics may supply better prescription to the patient in comparison with a conventional therapy in terms of biocompatibility. Their therapeutic efficiency depends on extremely the progress of the disease and prescription of a replacement therapy. Therefore analysis of the residual function and therapeutic monitoring are essential in order to stabilize homeostasis. Computer simulation techniques by employing mathematical model can evaluate the therapeutic efficiency in personal equations, moreover are useful for the design of better prescription according to each patient clinical condition. We had developed some computer-aided-diagnosis systems which can suggest a better prescription and estimate the therapeutic efficiency for the chronic renal replacement therapy. The software was implemented in clinical use, since calculated data by the software showed little discrepancy with clinical data. As the next aim, we research with respect to epidemiological evaluation and bioinformatics, and develop the novel computer-aided-diagnosis systems for other chronic diseases. For more information
